He has passed today
He hadn't been awake for a couple days
But he's gone home

I just remember him
Sounds so cliche
But it seems like it was yesterday
But we will miss him

I just hate the news today
He has passed two hours ago
He hadn't been awake for a while
But now he's gone, gone, gone

My last memories of you were sweet
I sat in your room n read some verses

Tears streamed down my face

This was written as two dear friends' of mine had their father taken by cancer. He passed earlier today. For myself, it's probably been one of the most saddening and painful things that I've gone through in a long time. I know it's been even harder for my friends, Anna and Georgie. Mr. Messick, we will miss you immensely.
